Someone asked me if it is possible to show the biodiversity with geospatial data in Chile. How could i do this?
Is there a dataset that gives an index/measurement for the occurence of species in Chile?

This page gives a summary of data available on Chile through GBIF:
I would recommend starting out using the occurrence search functionality of GBIF.org:
https://www.gbif.org/occurrence/map?country=CL&has_coordinate=true&has_geospatial_issue=false
You can apply additional filters using the options on the left. If you want to dig in deeper, you can download all the occurrence records for further processing.
