How to download occurrence extension data?

I feel like I must be overlooking something obvious; my apologies if the answer is in front of my face.

How do you download the extensions that are associated with occurrences? For example, when I download these three occurrences, how do I get their related DNA-extension data? I would expect this to be included in the DwC-A download option, but that doesn’t appear to be the case.

I also browsed the API documentation and didn’t notice any options there.
