If you know a GBIF dataset that is not labeled as citizen science, I will update its tag. I have gotten a suggestion that the “Finnish Bird Ringing and Recovery Database” is likely citizen science.

We count other national bird-ringing schemes as citizen science, so this is pretty much a stone-cold lock. But in other instances, it would be a good idea to solicit input/confirmation from the nodes prior to tagging, especially when metadata are sparse.
