Several other people attended organizing session over the months proceeding the consultation. We recognize and thank them but won’t list everyone so no one is left out. This consultation began through conversations between European and American groups and is now growing global. A major goal of this consultation is to get people involved. There will be more events and we encourage everyone to help lead future efforts.
