Are there yet any examples for contributed test datasets in DwC-DP land that include nucleotide sequences? If there are, can these please be contributed to GitHub - gbif/dwc-dp-examples: Reference datasets for the DwC DP schemas like the other examples & perhaps also in https://dwcdp-ipt.gbif-test.org/ so we can see the outcome?

Last time I tried using MDT with example dataset provided, MDT automatically generate both DwC-A and DwC-DP (e.g. GBIF Metabarcoding Data Toolkit , please see āFiles availableā tab).
The Insektmobilen dataset that Cecilie worked on also contains nucleotide sequences dwc-dp-examples/survey/insektmobilen/output_data at master Ā· gbif/dwc-dp-examples Ā· GitHub

I have not published the data in the test IPT yet because I have some issues with referential integrity. Most of the issues I have to resolve by updating the mapping, e.g. not use the *ID terms and instead use the corresponding *By terms, while others should be resolved as discussed here. I can see you are already engaging in that conversation, so this comment is just to link to relevant GH issues from here.
@dshorthouse @cecsve @ymgan please can you clarify if GBIF will be accepting qPCR data (which I think? is covered via Humboldt Core)? Some of the MDT docs seem to suggest no, but I want to understand better what will be possible going forward. Thanks for helping me learn more.
