Hello, I have a question regarding the full proposal stage. Is it possible to modify activities and reassign budget lines? The note says: “Use of requested grant Section to be completed for concept note ONLY (Please do NOT update this section when drafting your full proposal),” but in the panel feedback we were asked to remove ineligible costs, reallocate part of the AI training budget to data mobilization, and adjust deliverables. How should we handle these changes while respecting the instructions?
