Last year I sourced a whole load of phenology data via GBIF from foreign herbaria (i.e., ones outside New Zealand) that held New Zealand orchids. I’d like to know if there is a way I can search for multimedia uploaded since then, that I wouldn’t have accessed.

Unfortunately, there is not a direct way to search using multimedia uploaded date as a filter.
You could use the ‘Last interpreted’ filter, but some records could have been reinterpreted without the image changing.
Some images might have a ‘Created’ element you could also use to filter them, but not all of them will have it as this element is populated by the publisher and not by GBIF.
The easiest way will probably be if you rerun your download and after that use a map/XLOOKUP/ INNER JOIN function between both results and look for the records you have not reviewed before
